About Lisa

I am a specialist family lawyer and Partner at Osbornes Law in London. I support clients through their divorce with patience and understanding. I can guide you through the entire divorce process including applying for a divorce, responding to divorce proceedings, agreeing on a financial settlement and making arrangements for children.

I am skilled at establishing a rapport with other lawyers in a case and strongly believe the best approach lies in constructive dialogue, wherever possible. I have a wealth of experience in negotiating financial settlements.

I have the utmost respect for the trust clients place in me and get to know each one well, in order to fully appreciate what they want to achieve. Always down-to-earth, I clearly explain the law and likely outcomes so my clients feel informed and supported.

I am a very experienced and respected mediator and accredited Family Mediation Council and Resolution member. I have a high success rate working with separating couples who wish to settle without heading to court or incurring the cost that involves. I am one of only eight Family Lawyers in London recommended by Chambers & Partners 2023 in their new dispute resolution category.

When children are involved, I am adept at negotiating child arrangements. I give clients an honest view of whether the court will find their proposals reasonable and in a child’s best interests.
