About Kerry
Kerry Smith completed the Legal Practice Course at Guildford Law School and has worked exclusively within the field of Family Law since the late nineties. Kerry has been a partner-level Solicitor since 2004 and is the Found and Director of Family Law Specialists, K J Smith Solicitors.
Kerry smith is a long-standing member of the specialist family law practitioner’s organisation Resolution and is also a Resolution accredited Collaborative Family Lawyer.
Throughout Kerry’s career, she has dealt with over a thousand cases, from straightforward to highly complex. Regardless of the case, whether it’s relating to relationship and financial matters to those concerning children, Kerry’s aim is always to provide a service which is timely, with good solid logical advice to ensure the best outcome can be achieved for her client.
