About Priya

Hi, I’m Priya Gill Liaudet, a divorce and family law specialist. Prior to becoming self-employed, I founded a niche family law practice in west London and was the department head of two London law firms. Working for myself means I can put my values into practice.

I will support and advise you with compassion and empathy. I don’t believe in dragging out your family issue. My aim is to help you to see the light through the trees, during a difficult time, so that you may start to think positively about your future.

I will help you to resolve your family matter constructively, minimising conflict and upset, however, I will take a firmer approach if needed. In addition to divorce and separation, I help parents struggling with their child arrangements.

I work with family mediators and specialist parenting support groups to help parents to co-parent better and reach child focussed agreements.

As a family lawyer, I also specialise in assisting couples who are not separating but forming a union and want an agreement in place to safeguard their future as much as possible. I can assist with pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements.

I also help those requiring an order to protect themselves from domestic violence and coercive control.
