About Kate

If you’re looking to divorce amicably then you’ve clicked on the right profile. My name is Kate Daly and I’m the Co-founder of amicable. I am a divorce advisor specialising in non-conflict divorce. I can help you divorce or separate without any of the usual drama.

I have a background is in psychology, conflict resolution and negotiation. I studied at Sheffield university for my undergraduate degree and Roehampton for post grad applied psychology qualifications.

I set up amicable after my own traumatic divorce so I know what it feels like when you’re going through it. My vision was to create a low-cost, easy to use divorce service by taking what I had learned going through a divorce, my background in psychology and my experience working in collaborative law.

I specialise in keeping parents on good terms so they can successfully co-parent their children. amicable is a legal services company not a law firm so unlike lawyers, I am allowed to work with both you and your partner together saving you money and reducing conflict.

I advise on finances, children arrangements and the divorce process. I work throughout England and Wales using technology to streamline processes and facilitate speedy communication. This means I keep the cost of your divorce low with a fixed fee.
