About Farzana

I qualified as a Solicitor in April 2004. I currently head up the Family Department at Saracens. I have experience in dealing with a wide range of family matters in particular divorce, financial and children. I represent a lot of fathers in contact matters to help them see their children.

I approach all cases in a compassionate and sensitive manner in order to minimise the existing stress that clients are often already under. I deal with cases in a non-confrontational manner avoiding having to issue Court proceedings where possible unless it cannot be helped.

I pride myself on truly listening to the needs of my clients and my approach is always professional. I put in a hundred percentage effort on each individual case no matter how big or small. I represent clients from all over including abroad.

I am a member of Family Resolution and also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. I was recognised by the Good Lawyer Guide for good practice in 2012. I was also featured in the Daily Telegraph in June 2016 wherein I gave details of my experiences in dealing with contact matters for grandparents rights.

I also help and support those that are thinking of separating or divorcing and those that are already going through this process through a group on Facebook called Separation and Divorce Group.

“My faith in the legal profession has been restored by Farzana and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking legal representation in matters of Family Law”.

“Farzana helped me obtain a divorce and also helped me with my children case. She is a very good Solicitor who listened to my problems and dealt with my case quickly. She returned my calls whenever I asked her. She was always very polite and I felt at ease in discussing my case with her.”
