“I am a family solicitor within rhw’s well regarded Family Law Team. I have a vast amount of experience in Divorce and Separation as well as financial matters. I am a member of Resolution and am also part of the YRes committee.
My objective is to encourage my clients to resolve issues by agreement and, if possible, out of court. The focus of separation should always be the children and the impact that the separation will have on them. If you can find a way of co-parenting cooperatively as separated parents, this is in the best interests of the children.
