About Claire

I have a passion for helping people achieve their dreams and make positive changes in their lives. I became a Life Coach in 2011 and, in order to have a deeper understanding of the field in which I work, I also gained a diploma in psychology. I then qualified as a Youth Impact Coach with the UK's leading coaching organisation: The Coaching Academy. I coach people on many issues, including confidence, work/life balance and personal discovery, specialising in working with young people and students - supporting them in gaining their qualifications, taking their first steps to independent living, and all stages of their transitional journey.

Change can be challenging and feel overwhelming, but the right support can bring amazing benefits. I can help people of all ages to develop emotional resilience and coping strategies. A single mum of three for ten years, I remarried in 2010 and have now gained two step-children. For over 15 years I have been working with young people and their families and understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and that a little support can go a long way.
