About Stacey
I am the MD of the nationally recognised niche family law practice, Hawkins Family Law, which was established in 2001.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and draw on my 29 years of commercial and financial experience within the family law arena to advise clients, with a focus on practical outcomes, particularly in complex financial matters, often involving assets across multiple jurisdictions (such as Asia, USA, the Caribbean and mainland Europe).
I have acted for significant lottery winners as well as owners of family businesses and beneficiaries of complex trusts, employing a range of negotiation forums including collaborative work and round table negotiations.
I am a Resolution accredited specialist, a trained mediator and hybrid mediator as well an experienced collaborative lawyer and arbitrator and I draw on all my training to support my clients.
I understand the need for prompt attention to detail and for a personal approach tailored to each client’s own circumstances – taking the time to ensure I understand the structure of my client’s finances and what is important to them.
I have developed Hawkins Family Law so as to ensure that there is depth across the legal team in order to facilitate a strong level of service for all clients. I have been recognised both locally and nationally for my excellence, receiving the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Law Society President’s Award and acknowledged by Spears Wealth as one of the top lawyers outside of London.

Prices
- Free introductory telephone call, initial appointments at half hourly rate plus VAT. Thereafter all other charges at hourly rate plus VAT. At the start of your case I will provide a transparent indication of your likely costs. This estimate will be regularly updated as your case progresses.
