About Carol

After having qualified in the 90’s and been through a divorce myself. I have worked with hundreds of clients who believed they had to go to court to have a decision made on what should happen to their assets. I realised that most people simply don’t want an acrimonious divorce.

As the founder of Divorce Negotiator, I am pleased to provide an alternative service and approach to divorce in England and Wales. I like to look at divorce differently to the traditional approach by a solicitor. I work with both parties, negotiating to achieve a fairer, cost effective and amicable divorce. Having one divorce specialist deal with both parties immediately reduces the costs involved. The time taken to proceed through the divorce process and the likelihood of attending or getting involved in lengthy court battles. Having said that, we also work with one party if their spouse has employed a solicitor.

As a trained divorce specialist, I can guide you on the best options for your divorce. Divorce Negotiator can provide a mediation service for both parties or one party, organise child care arrangements post-divorce and arrange fair financial settlements. During the divorce process, I will explain and prepare all the legal paperwork. So that you understand the process, giving you a clear indication of timescales for completion.
