About Emma
I specialise in all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown to include divorce, financial relief, private law children cases and pre and post-nuptial settlements. I have particular expertise in dealing with substantial and complex financial disputes between spouses and cohabitants, which often include business assets, inherited wealth, trusts and Armed Forces pensions.
I have a wealth of experience acting for clients involved in proceedings involving children, to include applications for removal from the jurisdiction, the future living arrangements for the children and acting for grandparents.
As a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative family lawyer I seek to provide an alternative to litigation for my clients, if appropriate, and steer clients towards workable solutions for the family. I am very approachable and appreciate the importance of keeping my clients well informed and advised at every step of the process.
