About Catherine

Hi, I’m Catherine – a divorce coach who works with high-achieving women who feel like their world has just been turned upside down.

If you’re here, I’m guessing you’re either going through a divorce or seriously thinking about it. You might be lying awake at night asking yourself: Can I really do this? How will I cope on my own? What about the kids? What if I make the wrong decision?

I know how overwhelming this can be – because I’ve been there too. I remember the fear, the confusion, the sense that my future had been shattered. I also remember thinking, this wasn’t how my life was supposed to go.

But here’s the thing – it doesn’t have to stay that way.

You can get through this. You can take control. And you can come out the other side feeling confident, clear and even excited about the life ahead of you.

That’s exactly what I help people do. I work with clients to help them manage the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with getting a divorce – from sadness and shock to anger and bitterness – and turn all that noise into calm, clear decision-making.

We’ll focus on what matters most to you – your children, your finances, your independence, your peace of mind. I’ve also been a primary school headteacher, so I understand how children respond to divorce and how to support them. It’s 100% possible to protect your children from the fallout if both parents can work together – and I’ll show you how.

Coaching

I use a bespoke, proven process – my STEP programme – to walk you through this journey, one manageable step at a time.

Whether you’re trying to decide if you should leave, figuring out how to tell your spouse and children, or struggling with co-parenting and divorce finances – I’m here to guide you through it, with empathy, clarity and zero judgement. You’ll get tailored support to help you:

  • Feel more in control
  • Reduce conflict
  • Communicate clearly with your ex
  • Avoid unnecessary legal bills by only using solicitors when you actually need to.

We’ll also get really practical – from planning conversations, managing your money, navigating mediation or legal meetings, to reimagining your future.

What does it cost

Most of my clients end up saving hundreds or even thousands of pounds in solicitor fees because they’re better prepared, calmer and more focused when they go into those meetings.

I do free strategy to discuss which of my services would be most beneficial to you. These include a very affordable membership or packages of one to one services starting at around £300.

Think of coaching as an investment in you. And your future self will thank you for it.

Testimonials

"I found Cath’s support in those first few months of separation crucial. I honestly do not know how I would have got through without her. I was a mess but Cath managed to help me to feel much more positive and I was able to talk through decisions and problems with my ex with her. I know we would have been arguing a lot more if I hadn’t had Cath’s valuable perspective on things. I did work with a solicitor later but getting through those first few rough months meant that I could go to them with a much more informed understanding of the process and knew what I really wanted out of the situation.” Kate

"I was a wreck when I first started working with Cath but her warm and pragmatic style quickly filled me with confidence and most importantly, hope! She gave me so much advice and practical ideas to help me recover, I even started doing some of the things I’d stopped doing because I just couldn’t face them. It was a blessing to be able to email her in between sessions, especially when I was feeling so low. Her knowledge of the system and the strategies she gave me really helped me through some dark times.”Lindsay
