I understand how it can feel overwhelming when feelings of anxiety, unhappiness and frustration are with you every day. Relationships are fundamental to our very being and when our closest relationships are failing or have ended in divorce, then it strikes at the very core of who we are.
I understand the bewilderment when you no longer know what to do emotionally or practically or importantly what you need to make you feel happy again. I understand how exhausting it can be to focus on your children when all you want to do is take time out for yourself and heal after divorce.
I also understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help.

I work with Men and Women, Couples and Individuals to Repair & Resolve differences in existing relationships but also to Recover & Rebuild themselves after a divorce or separation. Divorce can be a painful and gruelling process but there are key areas that can be made a little easier with help. I can tailor make a package of resources and guidance just for you using a combination of Counselling and Coaching skills so you can begin to heal and feel truly heard. Within this package will be tools and techniques to help you dial down that emotion and practically deal with the issues you face on a day to day basis
Because there are times in our lives when we need someone on our side who is not a friend or family member, times when we feel alone, vulnerable and uncertain of what the future holds. If you will allow me, I want to try to reduce your worry, manage your hurt and help you find yourself again.
