Cardiff Break Up Club - Surviving Christmas after separation

Christmas can be difficult post separation.

Family traditions may feel redundant now that you are no longer together, and memories of what used to be may cloud your mind. But remember, while you cannot control the loss of those traditions, you can control how you respond, and build new traditions moving forward.

Join family lawyers Katy Jordan and Abi Jones, and Divorce Coach Rebecca Spittles, as they share advice on how to approach Christmas with a positive mindset and embrace your new-look festive season.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
