About Keyleigh

Hey there, I’m Keyleigh and I am a trauma recovery coach & therapist supporting women heal after toxic relationships.

After being in the family law arena for 8 years, a qualified divorce & break up coach, experiencing my own string of toxic relationships and childhood trauma due to domestic abuse and substance abuse I had a mission to support women to heal their hearts, reclaim their confidence and become fierce self-lovers so they could say no to anything less º they deserved.

This is when I retrained as a Trauma Recovery Therapist and coach.

I use a combination of talk therapy, coaching and somatic work along with other modalities such as inner child work and polyvagal theory to guide women from hurt to healing after divorce.

The truth is your outer relationships are the reflection of the internal one and everything starts and ends with us.

When we become fierce self-lovers every area of our lives change. I truly believe, and this has been evidenced with my clients that we can heal after relational trauma and go on to have an incredible healthy, happy, safe and positive relationship with ourselves first and foremost but also others too.

Whilst a divorce can be a painful and turbulent time it can also be the catalyst for 360° transformative change and post traumatic growth which not only benefits you to step into the best version of yourself but allows for a ripple effect across all areas of you life.
