There are times when relationships hit a difficult time, and you don’t seem able to resolve it. You may feel that you ‘should’ be able to fix it yourself and the thought of working with a professional can feeling really daunting.
I have been working with individuals and couples for the past 15 years, I don’t take sides, as remaining impartial and offering a different perspective is much more helpful, It’s not my role to trying to fix a relationship, but instead I offer a non-judgmental safe space where you can share the concerns and worries that keep you awake at night. I help and support you to communicate better, and decide on the outcome you want.
