About Fotoulla
My name is Fotoulla, AKA The Friendly Family Lawyer. I am a specialist family law solicitor based in Essex, with a national client base. I advise on all aspects of private family law matters, including divorce, the dissolution of a civil partnership, the division of assets on divorce or dissolution, disputes between unmarried couples, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements and all disputes involving children, including the issue of parental responsibility, contact disputes and disputes about where a child should live or go to school.
I have worked in the legal profession for over twenty years and am a member of Resolution, an organisation whose members follow a Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to family law matters and encourages solutions which work best for the entire family.
I am extremely passionate about my work and am dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients whilst preserving vital family relationships. I adopt a sensitive approach to cases, but am not afraid to take firm and decisive action where necessary.
