I started Legal Minded Friends to assist litigants in person who either would not qualify for legal aid or did not want to pay high solicitor fees. I have over 20 years working within Civil and Criminal Justice System. I decided to become self employed in 2009. I provide a service so you can make an informed decision.
Clients often say I wish I would have known about your services sooner.
I review your case and let you know the pro's and con's of taking legal action, or assist in negotiating a settlement. Should legal action be required I assist you with that process, fees are based on stages -starting with a Review Fee followed by further stages fees are discussed with you and will be reduced depending on how much support you need or how much work I do.
I never give advice as to what you should do. Once, I have done a review I discuss options available what evidence is needed and you decide the way forward. I can attend Court with you as McKenzie Friend.
