About Sarah

Facing a separation, divorce or disagreement about arrangements for your children can be one of the most daunting and emotional time of your life. I am committed to helping you find a constructive and non-confrontational way to resolve problems arising from relationship breakdown, keeping your children at the heart of our discussions.

Every family is different and so I take time to understand your circumstances to ensure that I provide bespoke, expert advice, tailored to your situation.

My experience covers a broad range of family law issues including arrangements for children, divorce, separation, financial arrangements, same-sex couples and couples.

My specialsims include international relocation, parental alienation, complex financial settlements and advice for high net worth, high profile and business individuals. I help and support people based across the whole of the UK and internationally.

My focus is always to resolve problems in a conciliatory, collaborative way, and I aim to keep matters out of court wherever possible (although have extensive experience of court proceedings, which I draw on when needed).

I am one of a handful of a Resolution Accredited Specialists nationwide (Children Law and Complex Financial Remedies). I was shortlisted for Associate Solicitor of the Year at the Family Law Awards 2018. I also sit on Resolution’s National Committee.
