I am an experienced specialist family solicitor and collaborative family solicitor, committed to achieving the best result for my clients and their family. I advise and assist those faced with separation and help them overcome their concerns regarding divorce, children and finances in order to find the right solution for them.
I do this in the most practical and cost effective manner enabling my clients where ever possible to achieve control without going to court. Separation is a difficult time for families and it is vital to keep the process as stress free as possible.
Whilst the process of separation is common to many I recognise that each case is unique and requires individual attention. In dealing with finances I act constructively and proportionately to the amounts involved. Children cases need individual attention to focus on the needs of that child.
