I am a Mediator, lawyer, coach, professional practice consultant and trainer, specialising in mediation for the family and business. My background is: Army officer, Lawyer and mediator of 22 years. I am the Director of Compass Resolution ltd, specialising in family and workplace mediation, conflict management coaching and training. I am also the founder of the FamilyMediationTeamUK, an inter-disciplinary family mediation team organisation. I am a fully accredited member of the Family Mediation Council and Civil Mediation Council. I am a trainer for Resolution, the Solicitor Regulatory Authority and my own company, Compass Resolution Mediation Services. Compass Resolution has a number of awards, including the Department of Works and Pension, Help and Support for Separated Families, kitemark, and a legal aid contract. Compass Resolution is also on the panel of Exeter University mediation providers.
