About Caroline

In 2011, I went through my own divorce and was in £70k debt, had my family home repossessed and truly hit rock bottom suffering with depression, anxiety and self harm. I am now a number one best selling author and one of the U.K.'s first and only accredited Divorce and Breakup Coaches. I have been a counsellor and am a positive psychology expert which focuses on you finding true happiness again. I use practical strategies to help you not just bounce back but bounce forward. I know what it is like to feel like you have lost your identity and hit by a bus. I help women see that divorce can be a catalyst for a total life redesign and that divorce can be your superpower as it was mine.
