About Lauris

I worked as a journalist and writer for many years and retrained after a health issue. As most people who has lived for some time I have experienced relationships, separations, stress and health issues so I know and can empathise with the feelings of shock, bereavement, anger, loneliness that separation and divorce can bring.

I work gently and respectfully helping and supporting people with their confidence and self esteem concerns. I can help people to see a different perspective, to start to think and feel in a fresh way that can lead to significant change.

I am always impressed by the amazing strength and courage that people have within them to begin a new phase of life. I have found that people are braver and can do more than they think they can.

Once you take the first step, the effects can be extraordinary and change can sometimes come quickly and in unexpected ways. After coaching, people can feel they are different; stronger, more resourceful. It is not the end of a life, it as the beginning of a new life.
