About Jo
I have been involved in coaching for over 20 years and have helped individuals address difficult periods within their life whilst ensuring they fulfill their potential. Having gone through lots of challenging situations myself, including a painful divorce in my 30s, I have come to realise that life is about Reflection & Not Perfection. I know first-hand how frustrating and exhausting it can be to struggle with life challenges, conquer confusing health issues, have a busy career, have time for your family and look after your own happiness.
You might not know where to turn next. You might need help dealing with your emotions, your guilt, or the pain of your divorce. You may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to help you children through this difficult time, or simply require help readdressing your finances. I AM HERE TO HELP – there is always a solution.
