I understand the difficulties that divorce, issues concerning children/finance (married or cohabiting couples) or any other Family Law related matter can involve. I always seek to resolve matters in the most cost efficient manner possible via negotiation.
However, I am also a family solicitor with over 20 years’ experience representing clients from all walks of life. If court proceedings prove necessary I have the skills to achieve the best outcome for my clients. I have experience of all courts and levels of representation from the local Magistrates Court to the Court of Appeal, advising those of modest means and high net worth clients with assets of many millions of pounds.
Drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements and dealing with financial orders or negotiations. I have first-hand experience of dealing with many aspects of the law relating to children both public and private law including applications involving the relocation of children.
