About Sandra

Today I am filled with gratitude. I enjoy more fulfilment in my work than I thought was possible fifteen years ago. I had one person believe in me back then, and that was my coach. If I hadn’t had someone on my side, supporting and encouraging me I would still feel like I was existing. I was stuck in an industry that held no meaning and living in a relationship that wasn’t working.

Eventually, with the help of my coach, I realised I deserved more than a company car on the drive and a comfortable retirement to look forward to. I deserved a life. For over a decade I’ve been working with mid life professionals who are returning to work or wanting a new career direction. I help you lead the life you deserve. Together we will explore possibilities and work on a plan that supports a version of success that’s right for you.
