About Julie

My passion is in helping you understand and improve your relationships. I am a qualified, highly experienced and fully accredited BACP psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships.

I am based in Central London and Buckinghamshire. In addition to working as a therapist, I am a trained Divorce and Break-Up Coach.

Having gone through my own divorce in 2011 and supported so many others through this painful process, I’m aware of the reality that many relationships come to an end.

Therapy helps to support such couples and individuals by giving them a safe space in which to reflect and understand how they got to this point. If both partners can begin take some responsibility for unhealthy aspects of the relationship and can reflect on the loss and change involved, the pain of the divorce can be considerably reduced.

In my experience, engaging in therapy at this point makes the legal process of divorce more straightforward and therefore less expensive. It can help the couple understand and separate out the emotional impact of the ending from the physical and financial elements. This in turn can enable you to treat the legal process more like a job rather than an emotional battle.

As a divorce and break-up coach, I work with individuals who are going through, or who have gone through a break-up or divorce. I provide individual support to help you navigate the emotional fog of a divorce with confidence and strength and to look towards

Testimonials

Happily we got back our spark. We both agree that now we have a much closer relationship where we make time to communicate much more openly and while it's not perfect we both feel well equipped to deal with the rollercoaster that is life at times. The therapy has definitely brought us closer as a family and we would not hesitate to seek help again if we felt we needed it. If any of this resonates with you, we would definitely recommend seeing Julie.” EK & RK

“I started therapy following 7 years of unhappiness owing to a relationship issue with my husband of 44 years. Working with Julie has made me a stronger person, allowing me to be the half glass full person I was always meant to be. Blessings and thanks Julie for all you did to help me find myself again.” CB
