About Maxine

I’m a Transformational Relationship & Divorce coach and I’ve been coaching individuals and couples since 2000. I’m founder of Get Divorce Fit and The Divorce Detox coaching programs designed to help and support you through the emotional, physical stress and heartache of divorce.

Most people believe time heals, unfortunately it doesn’t, it’s the choices you make now that will make a difference between you healing your heart and going on to create a happy healthy life and love in the future.

My background is in transpersonal psychotherapy and grief counselling. I’m also a certified HeartMath™ Coach, which uses the intelligence of the heart to transform stress. In addition I’ve trained with world renowned psychotherapist Katherine Woodward Thomas, author of Conscious Uncoupling and Calling In the One.

I’m a parent and I’ve been divorced twice and it’s my mission to help others find a better way to break up, one that honours your heart and the love you once shared. There is a silver lining in divorce and you can transform and thrive instead of survive.
