I am the Parenting Expert on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ programme, offering practical guidance for bringing up happy, confident children from toddler to teens. I am also a regular on BBC radio and TV. I specialise in Families and Divorce, offering help and support via broadcast media, my articles, and in personal coaching sessions that are aimed at minimizing the damage to children’s self-esteem and confidence and at generally helping families through this very difficult time for all. I’m a divorcee myself, and Mum to two great teenagers.
My parenting articles are widely published, and I am the author of best-selling books, such as "Parenting Made Easy - How To Raise Happy Children" and "Raising Happy Children for Dummies" - one in the famous black & yellow series. I have a series of Kindle books on parenting and divorce issues. I like to encourage people to navigate change with positive awareness, bringing out and exploring the best in themselves, leading to long-lasting security and happiness within the family. A former deputy head teacher, I have a B.Ed (Hons) Degree & am a qualified Life Coach. I am also an NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer taught by Dr Richard Bandler & Paul McKenna.
