About Rebecca

I am a solicitor, mediator and divorce coach having practised family law since qualifying in 1999. I am dedicated to reducing conflict in family law, and helping families move forward together.

As a lawyer I deal with all aspects of family law, including children’s arrangements and financial proceedings. I am a Resolution accredited mediator, and a collaborative lawyer and I help clients choose which process is best for them. Operating in the south of England I am also qualified to see children as part of the process.

I try and encourage all clients to separate with dignity and respect and as a coach I offer emotional as well as practical support. I am neutral and independent and work with the values that the client holds. You can make a positive choice to break up in a non-confrontational way. In my experience families who choose to listen, to acknowledge and to work together for a common goal have arrangements that last far longer and report that they are happier and less stressed. I help people have the confidence to forge a new life for them; there are often tears but there is also a lot of laughter along the way.
