About Kimberley

I am a Senior Associate and family mediator, specialising in all aspects of family and fertility law. Relationship breakdown is extremely difficult and my objective is to resolve financial and child related matters in a pragmatic and non-confrontational way. I have particular expertise in dealing with divorces and civil partnership dissolutions involving inherited assets and family businesses. I have also represented many members of the police force and effectively negotiated settlements involving substantial pension assets.

In addition to traditional family work I specialise in fertility law and advise on the legal issues my clients should consider when embarking on assisted reproduction, including donor agreements, co-parenting agreements and surrogacy (both in the UK and abroad). I also have experience in private law adoptions, both domestic and international. I care about my clients always putting their needs first and striving to be cost effective.
