About John
I specialise in all legal matters relating to family breakdown, with particular experience in financial matters and divorce. I am also a fully qualified collaborative lawyer. My aim is to always deal with cases in a non-confrontational way, avoiding court where possible.
If a case is suitable, then I will suggest that mediation, open discussion or the collaborative process is used in order to maintain dignity, communication and good relations between the parties in a case of divorce or separation.
In my experience, clients who are involved in a family case want a lawyer who not only knows what they are doing but who is also human and who has empathy with and an understanding of their situation. I offer this to all who come to me for advice, irrespective of their situation.
I have a good working relationship with my local professional colleagues and in particular the other collaborative lawyers in my POD, who are all wonderful to work with.
