I work with individuals and families across the Wetherby area.
I cover all areas of family law with a focus on divorce and cohabitation issues and the accompanying financial settlements and child arrangements.
My experience of financial cases frequently involves substantial income and capital, both in this country and abroad. I frequently advise clients in making arrangements for their children, and parents who are in dispute about proposals to take children to live abroad.
My background in meditation means that my instinct is to work to reach an amicable resolve. However, my experience has taught me that at times, a court hearing is required and I have a strong and robust approach to litigation.
