I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, have worked in Mental Health and Wellbeing for 15 years, and studied Psychology to post-graduate level, so I am equipped with many approaches to helping people, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I believe that in order to flourish, and to live to our true potential, it's vital to look after ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
All of these areas are equally important, as they all interact and influence one another, feeding into our overall wellbeing.
