About Kirsten

I undertake work in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial matters, civil partnership dissolutions, and cohabitation disagreements. I also have a lot of experience in providing help and support to clients for private children disputes.

I have a particular interest in the law relating to presumption of death. On this topic I have helped campaign to change the law which will simplify the process when an individual goes missing and was invited to submit a report to the Justice Select Committee Inquiry into Missing People.
