About Julie
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive, with over 20 years experience of Family Law. I deal with all aspects of Family Law, from relationship breakdown of married and unmarried couples, assisting to resolve the issues surrounding jointly owned property and other financial assets, and in relation to the Child Arrangements for the children of the family, to Public Law Children matters that involve the Local Authority and the removal of children from the care of their parents, and also representing extended family members who find themselves caring for children in these circumstances.
I very much believe that issuing proceedings and asking the Court to resolve the matters should be the last resort, and encourage settlement by agreement between the parties, as these are usually the most likely ways to move forward with a workable arrangement especially where children are concerned, as this requires the ongoing communication and working together of the parents.
I am a member of resolution, and I am currently looking toward higher rights of audience for Legal Executives.
