About Linsey

I am the Deputy Head of the Family Law Department at Norrie Waite & Slater. I deal with a broad range of matters including divorce, private law, children matters, financial provision and much more. I have dealt with a number of complex matters in all areas and some high net worth cases in financial provision.

I am dedicated to family law and offer expert knowledge and advice from the outset of your instructions in order to meet your needs I am a member of Resolution and encourage clients to resolve matters out of Court as this is the better and most cost effective approach.

However, if your matter proceeds to Court I will represent your case to the best of my ability, advocacy is one the of the areas that I particularly enjoy. I always offer my utmost help and support to my clients throughout the process.
