About Andrew
I Head of the Family team at Trethowans, specialising in divorce, separation, financial provision, civil partnerships and other related issues. I am particularly adept at handling complex, high net worth settlements, which involve family partnerships, businesses, farms, foreign property or trusts. Further, I have an expertise in the specialist financial nature of Armed Forces related issues and also advise clients on pre and post nuptial agreements, as well as issues relating to children. I firmly believe in the benefit of a non-confrontational, no Court approach to the resolution of issues relating to both finance and children arising from relationship breakup. I am established member with Resolution, an independent body representing solicitors specialising in family work.
