About Henry

Relationship breakdown can be a very difficult time emotionally. I am always sensitive to this and I strive to offer advice in a clear, pragmatic and commercial way to ensure the best possible outcome for all clients. I offer a personal service from beginning to end of very case and aim to make myself available to help and support clients as much as possible.

I qualified as a family law solicitor in 2005 and have a great deal of experience in acting for clients who are separating and require guidance through the divorce process and advice in relation financial settlements and the division of assets.

Where children are involved I always aim to help clients reach a fair and amicable agreement and one which is in the best interests of the children in order to minimise the emotional upheaval.

I am a member of Resolution which is an organisation of family lawyers whose members are committed to achieving constructive resolution to family disputes. I work as part of a specialist, niche family law team at James Maguire & Co and we have clients located across the UK and abroad. I am based in Cheshire and have access to meeting facilities in London.
